Executive Chef Heather Bekar-Schulte has been in the culinary industry since 1994. Her strong farming background has given her a monumental respect for food producers, a driving passion to create exceptional food and a need to feed people. In 2014, her late father helped her form Chef de Partie Catering and that dream became a reality. Our staff is either family or quickly becomes so and share her same high regard for customer service and sentiment to good food.

French culinary training brings forth delectable pastries and luscious sweet courses. Our pastry team, led by Magdelena Bekar, prepares all desserts from scratch using traditional methods with inventive twists. Chef de Partie Catering's dessert displays taste every bit as
